We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: ÂŁ12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over ÂŁ50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Returns Policy
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is in original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached)
- Original packaging is intact (including any protective cases or boxes)
- Proof of purchase is included
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used camping cooking equipment
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Fishing bait and other consumables

How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your adventure gear:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Note: Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

- In your email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
