At Vango Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor adventure gear. If your purchase isn’t quite right for your needs, our straightforward returns process will get you back on track.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (including any protective cases or boxes)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened or used camping cooking equipment
  • Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Fishing bait and other consumables

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your adventure gear:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
